Please, read the following carefully. You will find information about booking terms and conditions and the cancellation policy of Agriturismo Fattoria Grimana.
In order to confirm and finalize your reservation and ensure the availability of the selected accommodation for the chosen dates, it is necessary to fill in the required fields with your name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number and click "confirm". Each reservation, once confirmed, has the value of a contract, according to the Italian law in force and is binding, both for the person making the reservation and for the hotelier. However, it is always possible to ask for information about availability by e-mail and wait for our answer. The reservation is confirmed only after our written communication with the details of the stay or sending a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
CHANGE and CANCEL BOOKING
You can change and cancel the reservation on our site by using the Booking Code, which was sent by email during the confirmation.
Once cancellation / modification process is completed, it will be confirmed by email.
- Bank transfer (bank coordinates will be reported in the booking confirmation email);
- Payment on site by credit card.
You will be asked for a valid credit card to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation.
- Payment on site in cash
You can cancel free of charge until the day before arrival. If the cancellation coincides with the same day of arrival or in case of no-show, it will be required to pay the amount for the first night.
At the time of arrival, you will pay the entire amount. We do not exchange currency.
The agritourism accommodation is not subjected to the tourist tax.
Check in from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check out within 10.00 am.
In any case, we kindly ask to communicate the time of arrival in order to better organise the check-in.
Any arrivals or departures at different times must be agreed in advance and confirmed.
The rate includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels supply, wifi and utilities.
